Dr. Kimberlee Mendoza has a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Johnson University. She is currently a dean at Wayland and will be a Professor of Leadership in the new doctorate program starting this fall. She has traveled from Alaska to Hawaii teaching on leading different generations. With over 30 years of experience speaking, her presentations are passionate and informative.
